香港小姐競選已成為全港最矚目選美盛事，歷屆香港小姐均積極參與社會活動，肩負起宣傳香港的任命，而九四年度的香港小姐並在演藝事業上有突出的發展，表現有目共睹。
「一九九五度香港小姐競選」，今年以「實現妳的童夢」為大會主題，鼓勵女孩子參選港姐，實現她們多年來的夢想。準決賽於五月二十一日舉行，而每年的外景拍攝，均是準決賽的其中一項重要環節，今年大會選擇了南非的馬寶拿野生動物保護區及迷城皇宮為拍攝地點。「一九九五度香港小姐競選」於六月四日舉行，並破天荒之冰上嘉年華形演出...

The Miss Hong Kong Pageant has established itself as the most prestigious beauty contest of the territory. In the past, the Miss Hong Kong titleholders have taken on themselves the mission of goodwill ambassador to promote Hong Kong. They have participated enthusiastically in community related activities. Besides, the Miss Hong Kong titleholders of 1994 have also shown outstanding potential in their performances in the showbiz arena.
This year, the theme of the Miss Hong Kong Pageant is "Fulfill your childhood dream". The Pageant Committee hopes to encourage girls to enter the pageant in order to accomplish their childhood dreams. 20 contestants were shorlisted to enter the semi-final held on May 21.
